Memories of a Forest is an outdoor exhibition of place-based storytelling. Hosted in the woods I grew up in, I wanted to explore the forest from diverse perspectives, inviting viewers to experience the interconnection of living forest elements. The walking-gallery will feature plein air art pieces and accompanying poems to tell a story of the forest’s collective memory and explore more-than-human perspectives.

I will have a small artist talk at 11am, but it will be an unguided tour of the art placed around the main trail. Hope to see you there!
